1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use firstfundfincorp.com or join the Firstfund waitlist. By using the website, you agree to them.

2. About Firstfund

Firstfund operates a loan marketplace and acts as a lending service provider (LSP) for its lenders. Firstfund is not a lender and does not approve or disburse loans.

3. Who can use Firstfund

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India. Each lender sets its own eligibility criteria for loans.

4. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and is not an application for a loan or an offer of credit. We cannot guarantee a launch date, an offer or approval.

5. Loan offers

• Offers come from lenders and depend on their assessment of your profile
• The lender decides whether to approve your loan and on what terms
• The lender gives you its Key Fact Statement and loan agreement before you sign
• Your loan agreement is with the lender, not with Firstfund

6. Fees

Firstfund does not charge borrowers. Lender charges are shown in each offer.

7. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate, complete and current information
• Keep your login and OTPs private
• Do not misuse the website or try to access it without permission

8. Communication

By joining the waitlist or applying, you agree that Firstfund may contact you by SMS, WhatsApp, email or phone about your request, even if you are registered on the DND list. [LEGAL REVIEW]

9. Intellectual property

The Firstfund name, logo, content and design belong to First Fund Fincorp Private Limited. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

10. Third-party websites

Links to lender websites are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Firstfund is not liable for decisions made by lenders or for indirect losses arising from use of the website.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
