1. Who we are

First Fund Fincorp Private Limited (“Firstfund”, “we”), 9, 1st Floor, Lohana Niwas, Shankar Bari Lane, Thakurdwar, Mumbai 400002, Maharashtra, operates firstfundfincorp.com. We decide how and why your personal data is used, which makes us the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to show you loan offers:

• Contact details: name, mobile number, email, city
• Loan needs: amount, tenure, purpose
• Financial details: employment type, income, existing EMIs
• KYC details when you apply: PAN and Aadhaar, as permitted by law
• Credit information from credit bureaus, with your consent
• Device and usage data, through cookies (see our Cookie policy)

3. How we use it

• To match you with lenders and show offers
• To share your application with the lender you choose
• To contact you about the waitlist and your application
• To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations
• To improve our website, only with your consent for analytics

4. Your consent

We ask for clear consent for each purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to support@firstfundfincorp.com. Withdrawing does not affect processing already done.

5. Who we share it with

• Lenders, only with your consent
• Credit bureaus, to fetch your credit information
• Service providers who help us run the platform, under contract
• Government or regulators, when the law requires

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Where we store it

Your data is stored on servers located in India (Amazon Web Services, Mumbai).

7. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it for, or as the law requires. Waitlist data is deleted 6 months after launch if you do not apply.

8. Your rights

• Access a summary of your data
• Correct or update it
• Erase it, unless we must keep it by law
• Nominate someone to exercise your rights
• Raise a grievance

9. Security

Firstfund is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
